Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Leave-In Treatment, $29, available here: “I have super-fine hair, so I’m always on the lookout for repairative treatments that condition and prevent breakage without weighing it down. This leave-in conditioner is a new favorite: It contains ceramides, as well as argan, coconut and rosehip oils to moisturize and strengthen strands — yet it’s not heavy or greasy in the slightest. I use about five pumps on the midlengths and ends of my hair to seal the cuticles and split ends.” —Stephanie Saltzman, Beauty Director

Cocokind Ceramide Barrier Serum, $22, available here: “I rarely incorporate new products into my skin-care routine because, quite frankly, I find it intimidating. But Cocokind’s Ceramide Barrier Serum stood out because of its relative simplicity (in ingredients and in its promise). Like the name suggests, ceramide is the lead here; the brand combines five different ones with cholesterol, lactic acid, beta-glucan and squalane to build up and protect the skin barrier, plus keep skin hydrated. After a few weeks of massaging two to three drops into my skin after cleansing and before moisturizing, I’ve noticed less redness and fewer dry spots, and a smoother, more even complexion.” —Ana Colón, Deputy Editor

Abel Pause Eau de Parfum, $130, available here: “Evidently this fragrance was created for women going through menopause, but even if (like me) you haven’t yet reached that stage, it’s a light, beautiful, calming scent made from natural ingredients. For me, it’s also one of the few that don’t trigger a headache.” —Dhani Mau, Editor in Chief

Holifrog Solar Daily Mineral Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30, $36, available here: “I’ve become quite picky when it comes to sunscreen, wearing only those that can truly blend seamlessly into my skin with no hint of a white cast in sight. This mineral-based sunscreen has become my new go-to: With non-nano zinc oxide, as well as kakadu plum and watermelon seed oils, it not only keeps my skin protected from harmful UV rays and is finish-friendly for my skin tone, but it also leaves my face feeling well-hydrated.” —Janelle Sessoms, Editorial Intern

Being Frenshe Soothing and Hydrating Body Serum Stick with Magnesium in Cashmere Vanilla, $17, available here: “When I’ve been sitting at my desk all day and my muscles start feeling Not Great, I roll this warmly-scented, magesium-loaded stick all over my neck and shoulders, and it takes the edge off the tension.” —Liza Sokol, Sr. Audience Development Manager

Squigs Double Shot Face Serum, $28, available here: “This bi-phasic serum is simply fun to use. I shake the bottle to combine the two elements and massage it into my face in the evening, following it with a heavier cream to seal it in. Ingredients like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and squalane smooth, brighten and moisturize skin, so I wake up to a happy-looking (and -feeling) complexion.” —Andrea Bossi, Staff Writer

Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Brows Tinted Eyebrow Gel in Black Brown, $26, available here: “The super-tiny brush for this eyebrow gel makes it easy to coat every single hair, helping them point upwards and tinting them, without looking fake or plastic.” —LS

Glomance FLTR18, $88, available here: “An esthetician recommended I add a face oil in between moisturizer and SPF, to really lock in the hydration the former provides. This formula relies on a base of grape seed, avocado and jojoba oils, along with squalane, for an intensive dose of moisture. It’s also spiked with bakuchiol and turmeric to help even out skin tone and texture. It also has a dewy finish and lends a subtle glow that lasts long after application (and SPF) — which I love, since I tend to go bare-faced most days.” —AC

Dae Agave Dry Heat Protection & Hold Styling Mist, $28, available here: “As someone who often lets my hair mostly (if not completely) air-dry before using hot tools to style it, a ‘dry’ heat protection spray is an absolutely genius concept. This lightweight mist coats strands in heat protection from tools up to 450 degrees, but it doesn’t wet hair down or turn it greasy in the process. I also love that it minimizes frizz, boosts shine and lends gentle hold, so I don’t have to overdo it on post-styling hair spray, creams or serums.” —SS

Dr. Diamond’s Metacine Instafacial Plasma, $200, available here: “This spookily red-tinted serum was designed to mimic the effects of the ‘Instafacial’ — which includes skin-revitalizing treatments like lasers, microneedling and PRP — that plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond offers patients in his Beverly Hills clinic. I was lucky to get to experience the majorly glow-ifying results of the in-office version, and this fast-absorbing, gel-like formula has definitely helped me prolong them. Bioengineered growth factors perform like PRP to repair, tighten and firm skin, while hyaluronic acid, glycerin and peptides lend hydration and suppleness.” —SS

By Far Daydream of Hopscotch Set, $250, available here: “I love the creamy vanilla base of this perfume — and that it’s swirled with a nostalgic ‘play-dough accord.’ The keychain, which can attach to any purse, is also a much chicer alternative to throwing a rollerball in your purse that you will inevitably lose the cap for.” —LS

Deon Libra Big Up Body Glaze Oil Serum, $63, available here: “With a blend of botanicals like holy basil, reishi and ashwagandha, this delectable body ‘glaze’ — which essentially means it has a texture somewhere between a serum and a lotion — gives me a subtle shimmery glow from head to toe. And I have yet to run into any problems with said shimmer rubbing off on my clothes.” —JS

Chanel Baume Essentiel Multi-Use Glow Stick in Sculpting, $45, available here: “I, like a lot of the internet, was enraptured by Sofia Richie’s very Chanel wedding and all the related content. I simply had to try the highlighter she’s obsessed with, and I have to say, I get it: The silky balm blends in seamlessly for that glow-from-within look without any overt glitter.” —LS

Peach Slices Redness Relief Soothing Serum, $19, available here: “My occasionally rosacea-prone skin had been looking annoyingly flushed lately — I blame allergies — and Peach & Lily founder Alicia Yoon recommended this lightweight, botanical-packed serum. The gel-like formula layers beautifully with other products, and the blend of allantoin, panthenol, green algae and cica has gone a long way toward helping calm down redness.” —SS

Verb Ghost Air Dry Whip, $20, available here: “This pillowy — but not mousse-y or crunchy — hair cream is great for the days where you just want to air dry and not have to deal with hot tools or frizz.” —LS

Dior Addict Lip Maximizer Gloss, $40, available here: “I was shopping for Dior’s viral lip oil, but it was sold out… and all the better, because I didn’t realize Dior’s maximizer is the gloss I was missing. It’s gently plumping and lasts a couple hours at a time — plus this soft pink shade is my favorite for a neutral, lowkey look.” —AB

Gee Beauty Prime Skin, $58, available here: “I love a lazy-girl makeup find for summer — particularly one that gives me even, glow-y skin in seconds and can be applied with my fingertips. This multi-tasking ‘skin tint’ provides light-to-medium coverage that’s buildable, blendable (no brush or sponge required!) and has a dewy (but not shiny) finish. This, plus a brow lamination, are officially my top lazy-girl summer makeup shortcuts.” —SS

Jolie The Filtered Showerhead, $148-$165, available here: “Los Angeles has infamously ‘hard’ water, which is not great for skin or hair, so filtration is key. I love that this shower head incorporates a filter into a clean, streamlined design, and will send you a new one every three months (since I can’t rely on my own memory for anything these days). Plus, I’ve noticed my skin is far less itchy and dry than it was pre-Jolie, after just a few weeks.” —DM

Olive & June Quick Dry Polish in Vintage, $7.50, available here: “This quick-dry polish actually does what it says it’s going to do, comes in excellent colors and seems to last just as long as any regular Olive & June polish. The top coat is great, too.” —DM

Milk Makeup Kush Clear Eyebrow Lamination Gel, $24, available here: “I love the look of brow lamination, and it works particularly well on me because I have dense, dark brow hairs that can be a little unruly. But for those in-between times when I don’t have time to make it in for an appointment, I’m always looking for a gel that will most accurately mimic the effects of lamination, without turning crunchy, flaky or crusty (ew). This clear gel is a winner: It swipes on easily, smoothing hairs down, locking them into place — and doing so completely invisibly. The tapered spoolie also makes precise application super simple.” —SS

Jones Road Tinted Face Powder, $28, available here: “This powder keeps my face matte in the oil-triggering heat of the summer. And it’s small enough to fit snugly into my makeup bag, even when I’m traveling.” —AB

Ouai Melrose Place Dedtergent, $35, available here: “Simply put, this laundry detergent smells incredible. I used it to hand-wash a load of delicates and they filled my bedroom with its rosy scent while air drying.” —DM

Christian Louboutin Louboutin Rouge Silky Satin Lipstick, $100, available here: “I’m a sucker for a powerful red lip when the moment feels right, and this lipstick takes it to a whole new level: The formula goes on smoothly and lasts for hours, and the case itself is weighty and regal. Plus, you can add a charm to it!” —AB
