What Fashionista Editors Want for the Holidays

Fancy footwear and super-luxe pajamas ahead.

We know it’s hard to find the right gifts for your loved ones, so we’ve compiled a ton of fashion and beauty-focused gift guides tailored to a range of interests and budgets. Check out our latest below and find more right here.

If you’re anything like us at Fashionista, you’ve spent the last couple of weeks gathering gifts for all the characters in your life — from your streetwear-obsessed co-worker to your jet-setting cousin. You even picked up a present for your friend who rarely leaves the house. But now it’s time to give your wallet a rest and think about what you want for the holidays, which is precisely what we did.

This year, we’re adding fancy footwear to our wish lists — we’re looking at you, Charlotte Olympia bow-embellished pumps — and super-luxe pajamas. We’re also seeking bits of cashmere to add to our cold-weather line-ups and have our eyes on a plethora of skin-perfecting products that promise to increase our glow, just in time for 2019. And as per usual, our lists are sprinkled with the occasional aspirational item, because why not dream big?

Read on to see what Fashionista editors are hoping to receive this month.

Tyler McCall, Editor-In-Chief

Charlotte Olympia Bow-embellished Polka Dot Satin Pumps, $370, available here: Aren’t these heels absolutely adorable? They’ve got big “Pretty Woman” vibes and between the ideal heel height and the removable bow detail, they’d go with just about everything come spring. Sure, I’d have to wait 6 months to wear them, but sometimes life is about sacrifice.

Lunya Cozy Alpaca Knit Pullover, $218, and Pant, $198 available here and here: This luxuriously cozy set — made from a blend of super-soft alpaca and Merino wool — is pretty much the only thing I want to wear through spring.

Dyson Airwrap Complete Styler, $549, available here: I want this widely beloved, innovative styling device so badly. I truly feel like it would change my life, but I can’t imagine ever having $549 to drop on a hair dryer. Hopefully someone who does wants to gift me one.

The Regular Medium Pioneer Tote, $610, available here: I’ve long been searching for a tote big enough to fit a hardback book and my lunch but still chic enough to take to fashion events. This vegetable-tanned one from The Regular might be it.

By Far Gabriella 60 Slingback Pumps, $335, available here: Unfortunately my wallet is not ready to take the plunge on these chic slingbacks, which is why I would be over the moon to receive them as a gift. Friendly reminder that I’m a size 7!

ASAI Hot Wok Turtleneck, $239, available hereI’ve been obsessed with mesh turtlenecks for the season – especially for layering underneath sweaters – and love this tie-dyed version from ASAI.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer, $52, available hereI ran out of this bronzer a few months ago and, man, do I miss it. I miss it so much that I kept the empty packaging and occasionally shove my bronzer brush in there just to make sure there’s none left. It gives my skin a gorgeous glow-from-within.
