Position Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing TABAYER‘s marketing strategy with a focus on driving brand visibility, increasing consumer engagement, and maximizing ROI. You will oversee marketing campaigns, digital strategies, e-commerce growth, and high-profile events while closely managing budgets and reporting on the effectiveness of initiatives. Additionally, you will manage TABAYER’s creative and PR agencies, as well as a small in-house marketing team of 2 people. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and has a keen eye for data and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
● Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
– Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to elevate TABAYER’s presence in the luxury jewelry market.
– Strengthen the brand’s position by ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, retail, and PR.
– Drive creative direction for the brand’s visual identity and customer experience, ensuring alignment with TABAYER’s core values of craftsmanship, luxury, and innovation.
● E-commerce Strategy & Growth
– Drive the growth of TABAYER’s e-commerce platform by creating data-driven marketing strategies aimed at increasing traffic, conversion rates, and online sales.
– Optimize user experience and website performance to ensure a seamless, high-converting shopping experience for customers.
– Implement targeted digital campaigns, SEO, and paid media strategies to accelerate online sales and expand TABAYER’s online customer base.
– Leverage e-commerce analytics to monitor performance, adjust tactics, and report on ROI.
● Brand Events & Partnerships:
– Plan and execute high-profile brand events, product launches, and exclusive activations to increase brand visibility and engagement with key stakeholders.
– Develop strategic partnerships with luxury retailers, influencers, and events that align with TABAYER’s brand values.
– Oversee the planning and execution of VIP client events and exclusive collaborations to strengthen customer loyalty and drive sales.
● Digital & Social Media Marketing:
– Oversee the execution of a data-driven digital marketing strategy, including content creation, social media campaigns, and email marketing, to expand brand reach.
– Leverage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to engage with customers, increase awareness, and drive conversion.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling digital content that resonates with TABAYER’s target audience.
● Agency & Team Management:
– Manage TABAYER’s creative and PR agencies, ensuring that campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with the brand’s vision.
– Directly manage a small in-house marketing team of 2 people, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring collaboration on all marketing initiatives.
– Coordinate with agencies and the internal marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
● ROI, Budget Management & Reporting:
– Closely monitor and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
– Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Regularly review KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed set goals.
● Customer Experience & CRM:
– Build and refine customer segmentation and personalization strategies to effectively target high-net-worth individuals.
– Ensure a seamless integration of marketing efforts with the customer journey, from online engagement to in-store experiences.
– Collaborate with the retail team to drive personalized communications and foster long-term client relationships.
● Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
– Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior.
– Use insights to adjust marketing strategies, ensuring TABAYER remains competitive in the luxury jewelry market.
Qualifications:
● Experience:
– Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience in luxury goods, fine jewelry with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and events.
– Strong experience in driving e-commerce sales and developing strategies that increase online traffic, conversions, and revenue.
– Deep knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
– Familiarity with ROI-driven decision-making and marketing performance reporting.
– Experience managing external creative and PR agencies as well as in-house teams.
● Skills & Expertise:
– Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on ROI, budget management, and cost-effective marketing strategies.
– Strong experience in organizing and executing high-profile events, from concept to execution.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize resources.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Proficient in marketing analytics tools, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
● Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience.
