A star is born.
Much like with her music, Rina Sawayama has always been experimental with fashion. The British-Japanese singer’s unique sound matches her eclectic wardrobe: clashing patterns, sparkling crop tops, edgy silhouettes. On album covers, on stage and in everyday, she’s displayed an ever-evolving sense of style — and as she steps into the realm of acting, she’s bringing that energy with her.
Right now, Sawayama is promoting “John Wick: Chapter 4,” which is all about action and drama, and she’s certainly dressing the part. By enlisting the help of stylists Jordan Kelsey and Jared Ellner, Sawayama continues to push herself with dramatic shapes, eye-catching prints and exciting sartorial choices ranging from fresh-off-the-runway Thom Browne to glittering Ashi Studios.
