Take Our Anonymous Fashion Salary Survey

Each year, Fashionista releases a salary survey, where you and all your friends who work alongside us in the fashion industry can anonymously report what you make. It takes just about two minutes to do and ultimately provides us all with a better understanding of the fashion job market.

From designers to publicists to models to stylists and more, everyone working within the the fashion universe can (and should) fill this out. For the salary portion, please put what you made, before taxes, in 2024.

Not only does the survey give better insight for those just entering the job market, but it also provides transparency into how factors like education, experience, location, race and gender may influence someone’s pay. Identifying details like name and employer are not required to complete the form and no one (not even our editors) will be able to see what you, specifically, make or do. Your data won’t be used for anything other than this report. We plan to release the results in April 2025. (See last year’s findings here.)
