Stylist Molly Dickson pulls off the hat trick of looking pretty and cool at the same time.

I don’t make the rules, but here are the facts: It’s very, very hard to pull off “pretty” and “cool” in the same look. I’m sorry! That’s just how it is!

Leave it to emerging Hollywood superstar stylist Molly Dickson to achieve this hat trick. Dickson worked with Scarlett Johansson on this custom Miu Miu outfit — according to her Instagram, a process that took over a month — consisting of a halter top and pants with a baby flare in matching pink with explosions of embellishments. The bow detail at the waist is darling, but the hint of stomach keeps it from feeling too sweet. Just wait ’til you see how this looks from the back, though.

Shablam! What’s not to love about a look that considers the view both coming and going? The sparkle of the stiletto continues up the back of the strap, and while having beading on the butt might make for some uncomfortable sitting, it makes for an excellent red carpet moment.

Johansson’s styling team rounded out the ’60s dream girl vision, with Davy Newkirk giving her hair volume with a messy bedhead quality and Frankie Boyd doing a subtle-yet-sexy neutral beauty look. File this one under the “Win” column.
