New e-retailer wants to be ‘the Supreme of beauty’

Since its launch in September 2023, TikTok Shop has become the ninth-largest beauty retailer in the United States. New beauty e-retailer Haut Drops hopes to capitalize on the fast-paced market by delivering monthly drops, based on the app’s current trends. Its first one, launching Oct. 28, will include Glow Recipe, Topicals, Caliray and Moroccanoil products. {WWD/paywalled}

Mugler releases ‘Inside the Dream’ documentary

On Friday, Prime Video debuted “Inside The Dream: Mugler,” a documentary that coincides with the house’s 50th anniversary. The Matthieu Menu-directed film gives audiences a detailed look at Mugler‘s creative process and features Iman Bowie, Zendaya, Paris Hilton, Law Roach. {Fashionista inbox}
