Days after Andrew Rosen announced his departure from Theory, he sat down with Vanessa Friedman to discuss everything from his exit to whether America fashion is in crisis. Rosen doesn’t think New York Fashion Week and department stores are doomed, but he does say the industry is undergoing a series of “dramatic changes” and companies need to “continually modernize their platform” to keep up. “We’re going through another industrial revolution, and we are right in the middle in terms of how the world operates and how we live our lives and how companies operate.” {The New York Times

Supreme unveils full Jean Paul Gaultier capsule 
Supreme revealed its complete ’80s-inspired sportswear collection with Jean Paul Gaultier, dropping this Thursday, April 11. The collection features floral hoodies and sweatpants, printed denim jackets and pants, a faux fur coat, a bomber jacket, a three-piece-suit, a leather holster, floral Vans Eras and Chukkas, sunglasses and a new edition of Gaultier’s Le Male fragrance, with the iconic bottle emblazoned with a box logo. {Highsnobiety

Dior’s Kim Jones on fame, Virgil Abloh and staying ahead of trends 
Despite his aversion to the spotlight, Kim Jones is a powerful force in menswear. The half-Danish Brit, who headed up Louis Vuitton Men’s for seven years before arriving at Dior Homme last March, has kick-started several trends — particularly streetwear as high fashion — and has an impressive celebrity fan base that includes David Beckham, Kanye West and Naomi Campbell. In an interview with The Guardian, the 39-year-old designer explains why he only uses social media to promote his work and how he stays ahead of trends by hanging out with people who are 18. He also shares his admiration for Virgil Abloh, saying that “what he does is interesting and exciting,” and that “his communication with people is exceptional.” {The Guardian

Sundae School to introduce branded cannabis products
The founders of Sundae School, have decided to branch out beyond fashion into branded cannabis products, which are expected to hit California dispensaries sometime in the middle of next month. The cannabis offerings includes pre-rolled joints and single-use disposable vaporizer pens packaged in a pencil-case-like box. {Los Angeles Times
