About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated by providing the highest level of personal, creative customer service. This position will be responsible for handling a variety of front-facing duties, including interacting with customers over email, text, and chat. This role is part-time on a seasonal schedule through January 2025, with the potential to extend into a permanent position depending on mutual fit.

Key Responsibilities
● Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting customers throughout their shopping journey
● Handle comprehensive customer support including:
   – Product recommendations and sizing guidance
   – Order placement and status updates
   – Returns and exchanges processing
   – Shipping issue resolution
● Master all operational procedures to ensure efficient and accurate order processing
● Collaborate across departments to deliver the best possible customer experience
● Maintain strong communication channels with internal teams (Ops, Product Development) to relay customer feedback and drive improvements
● Develop comprehensive knowledge of business operations to provide informed assistance

It would be ideal if you have:
● Previous experience on an e-commerce customer service team
● Previous retail experience
● Experience with Shopify and Gorgias

Availability:
We’re currently seeking part-time availability for Seasonal employment during the months of September through January with the potential to join our permanent team. You must be willing and available to work in the evening and weekends. We are very supportive of a flexible schedule for this role especially if you are interested in working untraditional hours (i.e. early mornings / late nights)

Pay Range: 
$18-22 depending on experience
