It’s like she stepped straight off the runway.

Laura Dern is on quite the well-dressed streak lately, and what better way to solidify this moment than with a fancy event in her honor, sponsored by a fashion brand? The “Big Little Lies” actress looked positively statuesque in head-to-toe Chanel at The Museum of Modern Art’s Film Benefit sponsored by the French house and honoring, well, herself in New York City on Nov. 12.

With the help of stylist Cristina Ehrlich, the honoree wore a white tweed dress and gold shoes to match. The frock, reminiscent of ancient royal attire, was floor-length and beautifully trimmed with gold detailing. Dern kept her makeup simple with a pink lip and slightly smoky eye accompanied by voluminous curls parted to the side. For accessories, she wore “Coco Crush” rings by Chanel and a gold bracelet that resembled armor. Is Laura Dern preparing for some sort of fashion battle we don’t know about? If so, she’s a #winning in our eyes.

Dern wasn’t the only Chanel-clad fashion darling at the event. See what others like Maggie Rogers and Lauren Santo Domingo wore to The Museum of Modern Art Film Benefit in the galley below.
