Kristen Stewart Provides Further Proof Thom Browne Suits Are Becoming a Red Carpet Staple

And it makes all the sense why.

Take a moment and ponder: Has Kristen Stewart ever had a bad suit moment?

Now that you’ve given that some thought, the answer you should’ve come to is absolutely not. Case in point: Stewart looked outstanding at the Los Angeles premiere of “J.T. Leroy” in a Pre-Fall 2019 Thom Browne suit with a pair of black, lace-up Doc Martens boots. The suit, which fell in line with Browne’s signature petite silhouette, had a bit of embroidery that fell delicately down from Stewart’s shoulders to her chest. Stewart, never one to shy away from a striking makeup look, cinched the look together with a dark, smokey eye makeup.

What’s that I hear? You need more examples of Stewart claiming her rightful place as queen of suits? What about this one with singer St. Vincent? And this one of Stewart in a burgendy Sandro pantsuit. Oh! And this one at the Chanel Couture Spring 2019 show, too.

Point made.

P.S.: Stewart isn’t the only celebrity turning to Thom Browne suits for the red carpet and beyond. “Eighth Grade” actress Elsie Fisher wore a black, mohair number by the designer to the 2019 Oscars. Yara Shahidi wore a checkered, patchwork short suit from Thom Browne’s Pre-Fall 2019 collection on “Good Morning America.” And of course, Janelle Monáe (another undisputed Queen of Suits) wore a blazer, tie and matching shorts from the designer while attending his Paris Fashion Week show.

And lest we leave out Brie Larson (who remains a permanent resident on our Best Dressed lists). The “Avengers: Endgame” star wore a black Thom Browne look with Jimmy Choo heels while playing videos games and cracking jokes with Jimmy Fallon of “The Tonight Show” filmed on Wednesday. See below and be dazzled.
