We create products with unique colours, expertly-curated formulations, and innovative packaging for a chic, eco-conscientious beauty experience.
The Emilie Heathe team is seeking someone who is passionate about all things beauty and social media. The Social Media Intern will support the marketing team with social media strategy, content management and content creation. As the social media intern, you will get hands-on experience with content planning and executing social campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media
● Assist with curating the Instagram feed
● Calendaring: Manage the content calendar creation process and campaign planning
● Draft copy for captions using brand voice
● Build brand awareness by consistently interacting with our audience, responding to DMs in a timely manner and finding new ways to keep our customer base engaged
● Assist with creating content such IG stories, Reels, Tik Tok videos
● Identify trends across the different social media platforms
● Research best practices for social media growth across various platforms, and implement those findings in strategy
● Record and report analytics on content performance
Content
● Help lead the creation, development, and execution of social media strategies and creative projects
● Assist with in-house content shoots.
Skills:
● Experience with video and photo editing
● Experience with Google Sheets and Canva
● Strong communication skills
● Organized, detail oriented and able to multitask while remaining communicative.
● Adobe suite and video editing experience is a plus
Qualifications:
● Must be currently enrolled in an undergrad program or a graduate degree. This is a for-credit internship.There is a stipend and transportation will be covered.
● Must be based in the NYC area or comfortable commuting into Manhattan
● Experience within Beauty is a plus
Class credit offered, lunch and transportation covered.
