YAYA PUBLICITY IS HIRING A FULL-TIME PR OFFICE MANAGER IN NEW YORK, NY

YaYa Publicity is actively seeking a full-time PR Office Manager for the firm’s fine and fashion jewelry clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and enjoy working with a small, hands-on team. They will need to be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. They should be located in the New York City area and able to work in-office five days a week.

Key Skills
– Bachelor’s Degree
– General knowledge of fashion & media landscape with a desire to continue learning and developing skills and relationships
– Superior follow-through skills with a high attention to detail
– Organized, able to multitask and maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
– Understanding of relevant social media platforms
– Skilled Microsoft Office programs, Graphic Design Skills a plus
– 2 Year of work experience, preferably within a fashion brand, PR agency, VIP/celebrity styling or fashion/accessories publication – Would be a bonus if familiar with the jewelry market.

Job Profile
– Play an integral role in sample trafficking processes
– Monitor Celebrity/VIP, Print and Digital placements
– Build and foster working relationships with stylists and editors
– Oversee showroom organization of fine and fashion brands
– Provide support in client-facing and CEO administrative responsibilities
– Manage a variety of client-facing reports
– Assisting with office projects as they arise

Compensation:
$58,000 + .The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Health Insurance will also be provided and fully paid for.
