Violetta Group is a public relations agency based in Los Angeles. We are currently looking for a Showroom Coordinator with a background in fashion, entertainment, and pop culture. We are interested in a candidate that thrives on working in a fast paced, and highly motived environment; a team player who is focused, adaptable and enthusiastic.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Support with VIP dressing and media placements
· Coordinate sample trafficking for talent dressing and editorial shoots and proactively track returns and credit requests.
· Communicate directly with stylists, editors, and their assistant to accommodate editorial requests, coordinate samples between fittings and shoots.
· Oversee the check-in of sample collections at the beginning of the season and the return of full collection at the end of the season, oversee collection care continuously.
· Track all press coverage; clip, circulate and maintain press archives; compile monthly press reports.
· Assist with all special events, including press days, store openings and launches.
· Train and oversee interns with sample pulls and showroom organization.
· Maintain team calendar and administrative organization.
· Support in maintaining agency database.
Requirements:
· 1-2 year experience working or interning in PR or fashion industry
· Experience assisting a stylist a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be results and detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple accounts.
· Proficient on Mac and with Microsoft Office programs
· Proficiency with Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign a plus
· Strong sense of aesthetics a plus
· Multilingual a plus
