The first day of Paris Fashion Week was a rainy one, leaving attendees without much of an option when it came to outerwear. It’s certainly not the greatest idea to wear fur or delicate leather out in the pouring rain, leaving trench coats to save the day (and everyone’s outfits).
Some guests wore gray cotton silhouettes that soaked up each drop of water and warm-toned and coated khaki pieces, while others opted for leather versions or more statement-making options — like bright orange, geometric patterned overcoats.
