These Pearl-Trimmed Gloves Are Calling Tyler's Name

Maybe they can change my mind about winter accessories.

It’s my eighth winter here in New York and yet I still despise most cold-weather accessories. They’re just something else to keep track of! For this reason, I own precisely two pairs of gloves: One black cashmere set my mom bought me for Christmas a while ago, and some red leather babies I bought to go with one specific coat I have in my closet. (Practical, I know.)

But winter is really, truly here and I can’t keep shoving my hands in my pockets and hoping for the best. I’m eyeing this black leather style because they’re trimmed with pearl embellishments, which makes them feel special and jewelry-like. How pretty would these be peeking out of a coat sleeve?
