The Residency Experience is an exclusive VIP showroom offering full services in public relations and creative services. Specializing in celebrity seeding, print and digital editorial placements in addition to generating social media content. The Residency Experience strategizes each client to maximize brand visibility, awareness and collaborate with celebrity stylists, taste makers, editors, costume designers and social media influencers.

The Residency Experience is seeking a qualified candidate who is highly motivated, career driven, and has a strong interest in fashion, pop culture and entertainment. All candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a problem solver, creative thinker and a team player.

The ideal candidate has strong people skills, excellent writing and multi-tasking abilities, comfortable with high profile industry professionals and have extremely strong organizational skills. The candidate will report directly to the Public Relations Manager.

Responsibilities:
● Sample management and trafficking on a daily basis
● Support in showroom inventory management
● Manage and track new and existing inventory shipments
● Oversee showroom aesthetic and tidiness, ensuring it looks presentable for stylists and celebrity appointments
● Support in composing monthly reports for clients
● Online designer monitoring for product placements
● Support sample management and trafficking
● International logistics
● Build and maintain industry relationships

Skills & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Foundational understanding of different types of talent, editors and stylists
● Interest and knowledge in fashion, pop culture and the entertainment industry
● Strong computer & social media skills; Adobe a plus
● Exceptionally strong MS Office, interpersonal and writing skills
●Previous fashion experience, preferably showroom experience
● Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude
● Multi-tasker & strong organizational skills
