Objectives of this Role
● Assist in managing the agency’s digital platforms, including maintaining social media accounts and updating the website.
● Support the creation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentations in collaboration with the team.
● Contribute to developing content strategies that align with business objectives and brand identity.
● Help analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitors to ensure social media and branding strategies are effective.
Responsibilities
● Assist with content creation of social media graphics, website updates, and branding materials.
● Help maintain and update the agency’s website, ensuring all content is current and aligned with the brand’s vision.
● Create and schedule social media posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and tone.
● Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts for marketing and pitch materials.
● Monitor social media analytics and provide performance reports to inform future strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
● Degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software.
● Knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
● Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and layout.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● Basic knowledge of website platforms like Webflow, WordPress or Squarespace.
