The Chunky, Stacked Pearl Ring I Can't Stop Thinking About

Editors’ Picks are the Fashionista team’s true (#notspon) fashion and beauty obsessions, handpicked by professionals who see it all.

According to Sav, “chunky molten” rings are having a moment right now, and I recently came upon one I haven’t been able to stop thinking about. Though I normally favor gold jewelry over silver, the Kinn Edith Pearl Ring Stack has caught my eye, and, as far as I’m concerned, it’s practically perfect in every way. (Yes, Mary Poppins-style.)

Two substantial, wobbly sterling bands — one studded with a natural freshwater pearl, the other bare — stack atop one another and satisfyingly nest together. The chunky silhouette offers a lovely counterbalance to the pearl’s inherent primness and preppiness, something I’m always aware of whenever I wear the gemstone.

The ring set is also available in a mixed-metal version, featuring a sterling band and a 14K gold one, which I also love, though it detracts just a bit from the minimalistic style of the piece. They’re custom made to order, and, because the brand prides itself on creating “jewelry that endures” and “heirlooms in the making,” the quality is definitely there as well.
