Editors’ Picks are the Fashionista team’s true (#notspon) fashion and beauty obsessions, handpicked by professionals who see it all. Any beauty product you see here has been vetted and tested by the editor recommending it.

My February fragrance rotation starred cozy vanilla-centric gourmands and woodsy cedarwood blends that doubled as a sensorial heated blanket, but in an act of springtime manifestation, I’ve recently found myself gravitating toward juicy, fruit-forward scents. Touchland, the self-care brand that disrupted the beauty industry with its hydrating spray-on hand sanitizers, has further expanded into fragrance with its Power Essences, a line of skin-care-infused body-and-hair mists delivering refreshing aromas, and its Peachy Lychee fragrance has emerged as my top-spritzed essence.

Encased in the brand’s signature pill-shaped packaging, Peachy Lychee captivates the senses with a fresh burst of juicy lychee, wild berries, orchids, sugared musks, peach and warm amber. Upon first spritz, it emits a lush, fruity experience thanks to its top notes of lychee and wild berries, but remains grounded in its amber-y base that radiates just the right amount of warmth. Essentially, it’s the perfect in-between scent for ringing in “fake spring,” aka the random 50°F days offering a first glimpse at the sunny season to come. (Other scents in the lineup include Vanilla Velvet, Mango Mojo, Rich Pistachio, Lush Tropicale, Golden Amber, Cashmere Woods and Sparkling Bergamot.)

Though, this $20 mist goes beyond merely exuding an uplifting scent: It’s also packed with skin-care ingredients like hyaluronic acid for added hydration, panthenol for smooth-looking skin and niacinamide to boost radiance. As a certified sensitive-skin girlie, I’m cautious about what fragrances I spritz on, but Touchland’s Peachy Lychee has left me free of irritation (and unwanted headaches). For how lightweight the hydrating mist is, it boasts impressive staying power that lasts for most of the day. It even plays well with others: I’ve been layering Peachy Lychee with DedCool’s Milk, a your-scent-but-better formula that also has an amber-y base, for a long-lasting, personalized wear.

As the final step in my routine, I spray Peachy Lychee on before leaving the house, and then toss it into my bag to reapply on my hair and wrists while I’m out and about. Not only does it fit right in the palm of my hand (just like the brand’s hand sanitizers), but it also easily slips into my bag without any spillage.
