As part of the Brand Communication team you will be working alongside Marketing and PR as a member of the Brand Communication team, responsible for aiding in the delivery of the company brand communication objectives. You will act as a guardian and ambassador for the brand at all times, working with the greater team to ensure that all digital activities deliver commercial results for the brand and to the global brand vision for Ted Baker.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with UK social media team and North America PR & Marketing team to develop strategy to increase followers and engagement across all North America channels
- Plan US & Canadian social media calendar around seasonal campaigns, store openings and key holidays
- Update global social media and blog calendar
- Schedule upcoming social postings onto Sprinklr
- Collaborate with PR & Marketing team to create relevant content for both social channels and blog
- Brief in assets for social postings and in-store digital screen content as needed
- Support PR and marketing events with appropriate social postings
- Collaborate with PR team to post key celebrity product placement shots on a daily basis and during award season
- Manage Ted’s North America channels by engaging when appropriate
- Partner with UK CRM team and UK eComm team to ensure all digital content and messaging is relevant and consistent for North American market
- Manage digital screen content across all North American stores
- Liaise with IT for installation of digital screens for new store openings
- Compile regular recaps and analysis for all North America social activity

- Awareness of innovative developments within the digital, fashion, media and entertainment industries of potential relevance to the business
- Awareness of new social media channels & innovations
- Awareness of Ted’s key contemporaries through research both online & in the field
Team Work
- Support the PR & Marketing team to deliver brand communication objectives
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings as appropriate
- Attend & contribute to events, promotions & store openings held seasonally
Project & Budget Accountability
- Be accountable for the timely delivery of projects and management of associated budgets
- Ensure all allocated projects and activities have a written plan which outlines:
- Objectives, strategy, tactics, timings, budget, and measures of success
- Evaluate all allocated projects against success criteria generating an activity evaluation report that summarizes
- Delivery, outcomes, expenditure, associated revenues, transaction values, footfall, return on investment
