Overview:
Tabayer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to support our logistics and fulfillment operations in our New York office. This role involves hands-on work in picking, packing, and coordinating shipments, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and collaborating with internal teams on brand activations and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with order fulfillment, including precise picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.
● Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management and tracking.
● Ensure quality control and security protocols are followed for all jewelry handling and shipments.
● Collaborate with internal teams to support brand activations, events, and high-profile orders.
● Help resolve any inventory or logistics discrepancies to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in logistics or fulfillment, preferably in luxury fine jewelry or similar high-end products.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Effective communicator and team player with a hands-on, proactive approach.
