For the lead-up to what has become one of the most highly-anticipated celebrity weddings of the year, Sofia Richie has been prepping us all for the inevitably chic fashion moment that will no doubt be her wedding dress. For the ultimate tease, the model/influencer/nepo baby has been detailing look after look from the South of France in the days preceding her wedding ceremony to record executive Elliot Grainge over the weekend.

Richie and her stylist, Liat Baruch, specifically reserved a powder blue Khaite dress to style for Thursday night’s events, as told by the influencer in a get-ready-with-me TikTok. “It’s so elegant,” Richie told the camera.

In what could easily be read as an homage to old-Hollywood glamour, the silk georgette opaque dress features a low, square neck that meets a mesh front yoke covering the collarbones. The opacity returns in a seamless, draped turtleneck.

The dress, which is available to shop here, also incorporates a subtle version of trumpet sleeves, highlighted with a row of buttons and loop fasteners. Richie finished the look with pearl-adorned nude Manolo Blahnik heels and an Olympia Le-Tan book clutch, featuring Vincent Van Goh’s “Olive Trees” artwork.

Richie is slowly but surely shortening the traditional bridal checklist with this oh so chic ‘something blue.’
