Simmons PR is a branding agency that uses traditional and new wave PR techniques to connect with our clients target audience.
SIMMONS PR is looking for a hard-working, motivated and detail-oriented intern for a 3-month-unpaid summer internship. School credit only.
Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO and PR managers in day-to-day activities
- Monitor celebrities and influencers for key placements
- Assist in packing and sending out VIP PR packages
- Help create, maintain and update targeted lists for press, stylists, etc.
- Assist with events
- Draft press materials which include but are not limited to pitches, profiles, press releases, media alerts, etc.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, detail-oriented and extremely motivated
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, celebrity news, etc.
- Prior experience at a fashion pr agency, in-house or similar is a plus, but not required
- Computer and web savvy
- Proficiency of Google Suite
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus, but not required
- Must be LA based
- Can commit 2-3 days per week
