Job Description
Client Management
● Manage the day-to-day client teams and accounts and be a point of contact for clients
● Manage and implement client PR and communications strategy in conjunction with the wider account teams
● Host clients and our external agency network for meetings, events and activations
● Organize and lead activations, trips and strategy development
● Input and oversee all monthly and weekly reporting
Creative Strategy
● Creatively strategize an activity plan of pitches, trips, activations, and partnerships that reflect specific client brand messaging and increase awareness
● Provide insight into new tastemakers and brands and suggest creative ideas based on account strategies
● Undertake regular competitor analysis and provide development ideas and innovative suggestions
● Continue to build a growing network of contacts within the industry and beyond
Team Leadership
● Oversee team members and work closely within the wider Re: Agency team on overall account management and strategies
● Manage budgets and provide regular financial and strategic updates
Experience & Skills
● Minimum of four years agency experience working across travel and interiors clients
● Strong skills in communication (both written and oral), research, and organization
● Experience in managing a team and overseeing staff development
● Excellent media and industry contacts across travel and lifestyle media (on and off-line)|
● Competency in using and leveraging social media platforms and content within wider PR strategies
● Has established industry contacts and relationships in London and New York City (and beyond)
● Proven track record of successfully managing campaigns for clients in a variety of industries
● Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
● Adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-task environment
● Efficient problem-solver
● Must be positive, able to work under pressure and willing to learn

● Possess strong skills in communication (both written and oral) and research
● Have a willingness to work outside of normal business hours and occasional weekends for promotional activities, conferences, events and activations
