PR Consulting is seeking a seasoned, results driven Senior Public Relations Coordinator to join our team.

PR Consulting is seeking a seasoned, results driven Senior Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include drafting strategies, pitching, overseeing sample trafficking, managing VIP targets, and helping to manage all elements of client events including press days, fashion weeks, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in sample trafficking and coordinating for highly demanded brands; overseeing a junior staff member to execute seamlessly
• Supporting in the development of influencer target lists for seeding
• Maintaining, organizing and updating existing media lists
• Assist in outreach and pitching to editors and press to attain coverage
• Assisting with events including invitation lists, and other front-of-house responsibilities
• Experience with day-to-day maintenance and timely distribution of editorial reports and press clippings
• Strong work ethic, collaborative skills, and exceptional organization

The Ideal Candidate

• Computer skills: experience with MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Fashion GPS knowledge is also required
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Superior time management skills, ability to work quickly & efficiently, prioritize and multi-task is a must
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for fashion industry
• Existing relationships with key media editors and general understanding of the media landscape, both long and short lead
• Understanding of influencers and appropriate brand targets
• 3-5 Years Fashion PR experience with relevant brands
