The ideal Salesperson loves fashion, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a high-end sales environment.
You are passionate about
- Giving the best service possible to our customers. We want our clients to feel like they took a little vacation every time they visit!
- Building lasting relationships with customers, experience with clienteleing a must
- Prioritizing the client’s experience and comfort
- Knowing how to sell without being pushy. Never wanting to sacrifice the client’s positive experience to make a sale
- Providing honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
- Seeking fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise
You must be
- Experienced in a luxury retail setting
- Warm, positive, friendly, sincere and mature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to excel in a team environment
- Self-motivated, professional, organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and excellent at follow through
- Available at least one weekend day per week
