Established couture evening wear brand, Pamella Roland, seeks an Design Associate that is highly-motivated, hard-working, and a detail oriented team player. The suitable candidate must be extremely proactive, work with a high level of efficiency in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and multitask and have a strong willingness to learn.
● Generate/Manage purchase orders and maintain correct data and information from vendors
● Assist in creating embroidery layouts and embroidery tech packs.
● Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and help resolve outstanding matters when needed.
● Provide administrative support to the Design team as needed through the creative process.
● Assist with fabric development.
● Assist in material pricing/BOMS
● Responsible for organizing design office, public drive, and maintaining a smooth workflow from season to season.
● Support the Design team in preparation for photoshoots, fashion shows, and other events
● Work on special projects assigned during each collection
● Highly proficient in hand sewing
● Proficient in Word, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Compensation: $21 – $25 per hour
