MVPR is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Talent Relations to join our Los Angeles team. This senior role is ideal for a highly connected, self-directed leader who can seamlessly navigate celebrity, influencer, and brand partnerships across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in celebrity, influencer, and brand partnerships at a PR agency, brand, or talent-focused environment — with deep, proven relationships across celebrity stylists, agents, managers, publicists, creators, and talent directly. This person must be a self-starter, require little direction, and excel in both strategic ownership and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the lead on celebrity, influencer, and talent strategy for multiple accounts.
● Develop, implement, and execute integrated strategies spanning celebrity seeding, influencer activations, VIP moments, paid partnerships, and brand collaborations.
● Proactively secure celebrity placements for red carpets, premieres, award shows, press junkets, events, and street style.
● Lead influencer identification, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management, ensuring high-value content aligned to client goals.
● Create, negotiate, and oversee paid talent deals and paid brand deals from start to finish, including:
– Strategy, casting, and talent vetting
– Budgeting + fee negotiation
– Coordination with agents, managers, and internal teams
– Contract routing, usage rights, term, deliverables, exclusivity
– Timeline, content tracking, and final recaps
● Oversee and manage ShopMy and other affiliate platforms for several division clients, including product uploads, talent lists, affiliate seeding strategy, and ongoing optimization.
● Manage all talent, influencer, and celebrity gifting via the LA office, ensuring strategic, high-impact seeding.
● Oversee, mentor, and manage junior talent team members and interns, providing clear leadership, structure, and growth opportunities.
● Lead client calls and status meetings, offering strategic counsel and talent recommendations.
● Oversee all reporting, including weekly updates, talent trackers, KPI summaries, affiliate reporting, and campaign recaps.
● Continuously cultivate and expand relationships with stylists, talent, agents, managers, influencers, creator agencies, and emerging talent.
● Maintain and grow an active database of stylists, influencers, celebrities, agents, and talent leads.
Skills & Required Experience
● 6+ years in celebrity, influencer, or brand partnership roles in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or entertainment.
● Proven experience negotiating and managing paid talent and paid brand deals (usage, term, deliverables, exclusivity).
● Strong experience managing affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, etc.) on behalf of clients.
● Established relationships with celebrity stylists, agents, managers, influencers, and talent.
● Demonstrated success securing celebrity placements across major red carpets, events, press, and digital content.
● Confident, experienced manager who can lead junior staff with clarity and accountability.
● A true self-starter who moves quickly, anticipates needs, and requires minimal direction.
● Highly organized and able to juggle multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders.
● Deep understanding of the fashion, entertainment, and creator landscape.
● Strategic, creative, solutions-oriented, and extremely detail-driven.
● Proficient in Launchmetrics/Fashion GPS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ShopMy and social platforms.
