Drunk Elephant issues a voluntary recall
Beauty brand Drunk Elephant issued a voluntary recall on batches of its Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleaner, Protini Polypeptide Cream and Lala Retro Whipped Cream after a mix-up of preservatives and surfactants. Formulation issues may cause skin irritation and product separation, and products without preservatives will likely see increased bacteria and yeast contents due to their shortened shelf lives. Impacted batches were sold between May and November of 2024. All customers who purchased affected items are eligible for a full refund and replacement, which they can acquire via an online return form. {Allure}
