We are seeking an experienced, creative and passionate Senior Influencer Marketing & PR Manager, to join the successful British Jewellery brand, Missoma, to support their expansion into the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic lifestyle brand in a creative category with enormous growth potential.
This role will work closely with the Head of US as well as the Senior Brand and Marketing Manager, based within the London HQ, to define and execute US influencer strategy in service of our business priorities and objectives. Whether that’s through project managing influencer US based events or utilising the latest technology platforms and tools to measure & optimize strategy & tactics. The Senior Influencer Marketing & PR Manager will also manage the US Influencer & PR Associate to achieve their goals and development.
THE ROLE
This is a pivotal role tasked at supporting Missoma’s expansion into the US through, increasing brand awareness, relevancy and conversion via a dynamic, innovative and integrated Influencer and PR strategy. The Senior Influencer Marketing & PR Manager, is expected to deliver national Influencer & PR plans that serve Missoma’s US business priorities and growth objectives, helping establish Missoma as an iconic brand. The role is critical to the generation of inspiring and engaging stories and experiences that connect with our priority consumers and drive conversion to purchase our products.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- College degree preferred
- 5-7 years’ experience preferred in public relations and influencer marketing roles within the fashion/retail industry with a strong track record of accomplishment
- Ability to leverage insights and market knowledge to inform strategy & tactics
- Relationship building skills evidenced by dynamic media & Influencer network
- Ability to manage a Specialist/Associate level position including goal setting, performance management and professional development
- Ability to work remotely/independently. Travel circa 20% of time. Evening & weekend work may be required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong event planning and project management experience, including the ability to work under pressure, be organized and deliver quality work on deadline
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate a pro-active and solution-oriented approach to the role
- Experience working with Influencer platform Reward Style, platforms & social listening tools (ex: Dash Hudson) to measure influencer impact vs. brand KPI’s
