Our Showroom Assistant will be the first point of contact at our offices. We are looking for someone warm and welcoming, who will interact with clients in a friendly, professional manner. The right applicant will be highly motivated, tech-savvy, and excited about becoming an integral member of our team. This is an entry level position with significant growth potential for anyone interested in PR, wholesale, or digital marketing.
Responsibilities Include:
- General upkeep of showroom and office:
– basic facility maintenance
– ordering supplies
– sending/receiving mail and packages
– light bookkeeping and payment processing - Managing digital upkeep:
– Updates to website (Squarespace + Shopify)
– Digital asset organization - Light personal assistant duties for the business co-founders:
– booking travel
– calendar organization
– other ad hoc duties - General reception duties – front of house and on the phone
- Assistance with basic sales duties:
– generating POs
– preparing jewelry for shipment and shipping to stores
Requirements Include:
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail and consistent follow through
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic graphic design skills and understanding of Adobe programs
- Self-motivated, willing to solve problems and take initiative
- Experience with domestic and international shipping procedures (customs documents, proper packaging, etc) is a big plus!
- Experience with the following programs also beneficial, but not required: Google suite, Fashion GPS, Brandboom, Quickbooks
