SOCIAL MEDIA
- Lead the strategy for identifying and bringing the brand voice to life across all social media channels
- Responsible for driving traffic and growth leading to direct ROI in terms of monetization and user engagement
- Oversee both IG accounts. This includes:
o Posting daily with an outlined and planned content calendar
o Community management and engagement
§ Liking, commenting, following, tracking messages and replies in a timely manner - Monitoring ad performance with a biweekly report
o Studying and using analytics as a tool to strategize quarterly plans to drive sales - Ideate and manage Follow and Shopping campaigns
- Manage and track monthly ad spends via Google docs
- Strong focus on MaterialGoodWoman with a follow strategy and building out the IG account
- Facebook page oversight and ad creation
- Brainstorming innovative ways to work with our partner brands to drive traffic and increase the overall MG brand awareness
o Daily story content including a plan for highlights and other trends like IG TV o Work collaboratively on all content creation with the internal sales team o Weekly / Monthly ad creation and corresponding strategy with the website and all new products available focusing on specific watch and jewelry brands
MARKETING / DIGITAL / WEBSITE
- Support on all digital marketing initiatives with a focus on paid search strategy
- Execute and assist with targeted Google campaigns
o Keywords, Shopping etc. - Weekly website analytic review and breakdown
o Using this to strategize new conversion tactics and best processes moving forward - Directly assist with website oversight and upkeep. This Includes:
o Verbiage and product upload assistance
o Ongoing list of images needed for on-figure shots
o Homepage, brand page, banner pages and brainstorming new ideas and content to keep the site fresh and always new
o Work with Teresa on how products should be displayed and new pieces are being fed to the consumer - Plan all photo shoots that take place for both online and social media
- Assist in managing Dropbox imagery
PR
- Assist with daily PR requests
- Assist in managing PR specific Dropbox
- Track all clips in Google docs
- Assist with Jewelry pulls
Key Candidate Requirements:
- Has direct experience professionally in with the following social channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
- SEO knowledge and Google Ad account knowledge
- Analytics knowledge
- Extremely organized and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Shopify knowledge
- Some experience in and passion for luxury goods
- Has proficient verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
