Marissa Webb is currently seeking a full-time Sales & Operations Associate to join our team at our NYC design studio. We are looking for someone who is hard working, highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented. Being able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and take on challenges with a positive attitude is a must.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years experience
- Highly organized
- Team player
- Detail-oriented & focused
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and problem solve
- Experience with sales
Technical Skills:
- High level of Excel proficiency is an absolute requirement
- Knowledge of logistics preferred
- Familiarity with JOOR is a plus but not required
- Experience with Photoshop preferred
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Maintain pro-active communication with warehouse, sales reps and all wholesale accounts
- Partnering with production and showroom to establish delivery dates and ensure a smooth shipment process
- Oversee shipping process for all wholesale orders, including the management of pick tickets, allocations, and creation of return ASN’s
- Managing EDI’s
- Book & invoice boutiques for direct shipments upon handover using Quickbooks
- Uploading product data into JOOR at the beginning of every season
