March Forth Social Media Agency is seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our growing boutique agency. We specialize in working with a diverse range of clients, including influencers, holistic health brands, beauty brands, and more. This role offers the potential for growth within the company for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage content calendars for various clients.
● Schedule and post engaging content across social media platforms.
● Perform basic content editing (advanced editing not required as we have a dedicated editor).
● Handle community management, including responding to comments and messages.
● Assist on photoshoots and video shoots as needed.
● Create or provide creative direction for Instagram Stories and other short-form content (with support from a designer).
● Compile and analyze social media performance reports.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in social media management.
● Strong understanding of current social media trends and strategies that work in 2025.
● Ability to create engaging, on-brand content tailored to different audiences.
● Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Additional Details:
● This role will require one in-person workday per week, with flexible remote work for the remaining hours.
● Hourly rate is competitive and based on experience.
