Operating in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris and Stockholm, we are now looking for a Design & Digital Content Intern with a great interest in fashion and photography to join our team in a part-time position in New York.
The Job
You will be assisting the with the day-to-day responsibilities including the following:
– Assisting in all internal creative design needs
– Suggesting, preparing and posting all Social Media content
– Managing website, keeping it updated and constantly suggesting improvements
– Preparing client and internal presentations
– Reorganize and improve all digital and social media platforms
– Organizing and archiving all final materials from each project
– Collating newsletters and assisting with mailing lists and other marketing tools
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized with great attention to detail, is interested in photography and fashion, and is passionate about content creation and social media. Proactive with a willingness to constantly find new solutions and improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fast learner, detail-oriented, attentive, willing to assume any task, no matter how large or small and excited to make the most of your time at LOLA.
For the right candidate, there will be great opportunities to gain experience, as well as grow within LOLA Production.
Requirements
– Proficiency and knowledge of Mac, Google Suite, IG, Keynote, Squarespace, Vimeo, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential
– Deep interest and knowledge of photography and fashion
– Experience and/or recent/ongoing education within graphic design or digital marketing
– Creative mindset with strong initiative to execute and follow through on ideas/tasks
– Proven attention to detail / meticulous mindset to organize with the ability to structure and methodize
– Self-starter who can work independently without too much direction or help
Form of Employment
Part-time, in office
Approximately 20 hours per week pending intern availability, minimum 3-4 months
Compensation
$15-25 per hour pending experience
