LOLA is a full-service creative production company based in New York and Los Angeles. We execute and manage high end productions for our clients worldwide for campaigns in the fashion, beauty and luxury industries.

We work closely together with our clients, supporting and developing at each stage of the creative process from the concept to completion.

We strive to secure the best and appropriate teams for each project and brand, whether large scale campaign or editorial. We match and personalize each individual component to ensure each project is executed efficiently and exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

• Must be available 2-3 days per week.
• Must be NY based.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Dropbox.
• Knowledge and experience with Airtable, Copper and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum internship period is 2-3 months.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to assist us in our NY office 2-3 days a week. Responsibilities will include but are not limited updating and maintaining our contact data base, monitoring social media platforms, assisting team with image archiving, administration tasks and production assisting. This internship provides an opportunity for students or recent college graduates to learn the ins and outs of the production process.

Ideal candidates are interested in the production industry, detail oriented, and have excellent organizational skills. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and bring a fresh point of view into our office space.
