Account Assistant
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Day-to-Day/Long Term
- Fulfill and track sample requests
- Search for, scan and create press clippings
- Create and maintain press list using CisionPoint and FashionGPS
- Keep showroom and sample collections organized
- Manage interns
- General office maintenance
– Ordering office supplies - Help draft press releases and brand collateral for press outreach
- Compile monthly status reports of press activity and print and online coverage
– Calculate circulations, impressions, and unique monthly visitors to determine scale of coverage - Create credit books of all media coverage for distribution to clients
- Coordinate client mailings and gifting initiatives
- Coordinate both small and large scale events including New York Fashion Week
- Develop press relationship with assistants and editors
- Manage office expenses and supplies
- Manage LGC company calendar
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Past experience in Public Relations
- Must know how to use: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Strong writing and communication skills, team player, highly organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask
