Laura Lombardi Is Hiring A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR In New York, NY

Laura Lombardi is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator. In this interdisciplinary role, you will lead the digital and in-person customer experience, collaborating with the founder, sales team, and our on site production team to create memorable and personalized experiences for our clients and guests across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Experience
● Creating and directing a warm, welcoming and unique experience for clients across all customer service channels.
● Exemplify brand values and identity both in written and in person communication.
● Managing online customer service inquiries, responding to all emails in a timely and efficient manner.
● Creating a personalized in-store experience focused on building customer relationships and driving brand awareness.
● Maintaining and demonstrating knowledge of our extensive product offering to customers with confidence and ease.
● Leading dedicated customer outreach and clienteling initiatives.

Leadership
● Intuiting the needs of our clients, and proposing policies, practices, and products to best suit their needs.
● Provide weekly analysis of sales, product and customer feedback to the leadership team, offering suggestions for improvement where necessary.
● Implementing sales strategies and training the sales team on best practices.
● Leading and organizing seasonal and promotional initiatives such as in store events and holiday promotions.
● Managing seasonal sales staff schedules.

Operations
● Facilitating returns, repairs, and alteration requests for customers in store and online. Working with the on site production team to provide real time solutions and responses to inquiries both in person and online.
● Maintaining the showroom’s appearance through daily maintenance tasks and product merchandising.
● Collaborating with the e-commerce manager to monitor stock and inventory levels.
● Monitoring inventory levels for third party product and submitting purchase orders for new stock.
● Providing seasonal support for wholesale and market week clientele.

Requirements:
● 3+ Years retail or showroom sales experience, management experience preferred.
● Prior experience in e-commerce customer service is a plus.
● Ability and willingness to think critically and strategically.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize on behalf of the customer.
● Familiarity communicating via platforms such as Zendesk, Shopify, Mondays, and Slack
● Weekend availability and flexible seasonal scheduling
● Jewelry, fashion industry or design experience preferred.

Salary
$60,000 – $70,000 per annum depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Availability
This is a full time in-person position at our NYC Studio located at 16 Clinton Street in New York, NY. Occasional weekend availability is required.
