KZ_K Studio Is Hiring A Private Sales & Client Relations Manager In New York, NY

Responsibilities
Sales:
Maintain private studio sales through long-term relationships with existing clients of over 2,000 clients, to meet or exceed previous levels. The position is designed to develop new client relationships using the product, history, marketing and operational excellence found within the KZ_K Studio.

Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance to ensure targets are met, and provide accurate forecasting for upcoming periods.

Studio Atelier Appointments: Oversee all client studio appointments, customizing the showroom experience to meet each client’s specific needs and preferences. Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained, adhering to merchandising guidelines, and that all elements—such as refreshments, steamed garments, packaging materials, fitting tools, and florals—are prepared and available for a seamless, elevated client experience.

Client Orders and Alterations: Efficiently process and organize all client orders and alterations, collaborating with the Design, Production, and Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Maintain clear communication across departments to streamline workflows and meet client expectations.

Invoicing & Closeouts: Manage the invoicing process for each client at the conclusion of a sale, ensuring accurate billing and collection of the correct payment. Verify and confirm all client order details to ensure accurate records and seamless transaction closeouts.

Client Customer Service: Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing expert guidance on clothing care, fit, styling, and repair. Ensure all client needs are addressed with clear and professional communication to maintain high levels of satisfaction and support.

Client Communication: Consistently follow up with clients to ensure orders and alterations are received to their satisfaction. Effectively communicate new product offerings and provide personalized style recommendations based on their previous purchases. Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering tailored shopping experiences and maintaining warm, personable follow-up communication, with the goal of converting new clients into loyal brand ambassadors.

Stylist Partnership & Communication: Collaborate closely with stylists to ensure they are well-informed on all KZ_K products and collections. Coordinate product pulls and shipments tailored to their clients’ needs, providing seamless logistical support. Maintain active communication during client fittings, offering assistance as needed to enhance the client experience. Additionally, identify and onboard new stylists into the KZ_K Stylist Program to expand the network.

Stylist Accounting: Ensure timely and accurate payment to stylist partners for all client sales. Provide detailed reports on their year-end sales performance, including trunk show sales and other key metrics. Additionally, deliver insights on annual sales goals and future projections to support their business growth.

Trunkshow Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all trunk shows nationwide, working closely with the Creative Director and/or host/stylist to deliver a curated atelier experience at each event location. Responsibilities include managing event budgets, ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are in place, and coordinating shipments and inventory tracking for each event. Additionally, manage guest invitations, track RSVPs, and schedule appointment times to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

KZ_K Team Support: One full time and one 50% teammate in the Studio are dedicated to supporting the Relations Manager, to assist in all the operational requirements outlined in the role.

Travel: This position includes engaging domestic travel during the Spring and Fall collections for trunk shows and related events to visit clients, create energetic events and connect the vision in person with clients, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of these events.

Logistical / Operations
Inventory Management: be certain to use efficiently and effectively the inventory management system to track all deliveries, returns and help create interesting packages for clients.

Shipments: Manage the team for timely shipment of all client orders and alterations, ensuring clients are notified promptly and accurately.

Merchandise Check-ins: Manage team for the return of merchandise from clients and stylists, ensuring items are properly inspected and restocked.

Calendar Management: Efficiently organize and schedule client and stylist appointments, stylist calls, and trunk show events, ensuring all details are accurately reflected in the team calendar.

SKILLS NEEDED: HIGH LEVEL PROFICIENCY: EMAIL AND PHONE COMMUNICATIONS, EXCEL AND GOOGLE SHEETS (INVOICING, PRODUCT CHARTS) USE AND CALCULATIONS, GOOGLE DRIVE FOR ALL ORGANIZATION AND RETRIEVAL, CREATIVE OUTREACH EFFORTS, BUSINESS MATH

$60K – $90K
+COMMISSION
+BONUS
