2023 may have been the year of the bob, but Katie Holmes is already making a case for 2024’s next “it” hairstyle.
The actor was spotted in New York City Tuesday with none other than… side bangs. The hairstyle that dominated the mid-to-late aughts is seemingly the grown-out result of a September decision to get bangs. Relatable!
True to her timeless approach to style, Holmes opted for wide-leg trousers and an oversized gray bouclé Patou coat. Incorporating a more recent trend, she threw on a pop of red via the French maison’s Le Petit Patou shoulder bag (which is currently 50% off on Farfetch) in firehouse red, using it as a statement piece to elevate an otherwise neutral outfit.
With Holmes decked out in Patou, one must wonder: Is this another paparazzi-shot-turned-campaign situation? Probably, but regardless, she looks damn good.
