High-end jewelry designer located in Flatiron seeks a highly experienced Office Operations Manager to handle all office affairs and act as a general liaison between the owner and the rest of the staff. Main responsibilities include overseeing and organization of monthly bill paying, managing company’s customer service experience, maintaining and creating employee vacation and appointment calendar, and acting as a human resources representative, dealing with employee needs such as health insurance, disciplinary actions and other generalized daily situations that may arise. Candidate must also work with the owner on a matter of affairs, including scheduling, and consulting on various projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required

Wholesale Logistics Assistant
High-end jewelry designer located in Flatiron seeks a highly motivated Wholesale Logistics Assistant to work directly underneath Director of Wholesale. Position will focus on logistics, specifically the production, shipping, packaging and organizing of all orders from the NYC flagship location. There will be some involvement in design, as well as an opportunity to work side by side with the owner and designer.
The ideal individual for this position will have a strong work ethic, no-nonsense drive and be a goal-oriented self-starter.
