The upscale Brazilian Jeweler, Jack Vartanian, is looking for candidates who have passion for fashion and love assisting clients in a warm professional and respectful manner. The ideal candidate will be styling its customers, suggesting how to mix and match collections to create looks.
The candidate must be a friendly people-person to work closely with customers and staff members for smooth daily operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attract and retain customers for the brand.
• Know the products and know how to adapt them to the customer needs.
• Knowledge of the stock.
•Operate the POS System.
• Promote the product and brand to the customer (history, characteristics, differentials and advantages compared to competitors).
•Follow up with clients and keep system updated.
• Service repair orders and customization services.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• 1 + year Work Experience in Customer Service or Retail. Previous Jewelry experience and/or gemstone is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent English)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexibility to work on weekends.
