IRO is a Paris based contemporary RTW collection founded by brothers Laurent and Arik Bitton. We’re seeking an temporary to permanent Full Time Customer care / PR assistant.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with editorial pulls, including sample tracking
• Provide event planning support.
• Monitor and report on competitive intelligence.
• Assist on photo shoots activities.
• Provide research, maintenance, and support for assigned departmental projects and tasks as assigned.
• Provide administrative assistance, such as filing, record keeping, etc.
• Provide customer service for the ecommerce department.
• Respond to customer requests via LiveChat, phone and email.
• Work in tangent with our shipping department on customer order changes and returns.

Position Requirements:

• Detail oriented individual with strong organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel, Fashion GPS are a plus
• Highly motivated, strategic thinking and self-starting individual

Position is paid hourly commensurate with experience.
