Founders: Alisa Metzger and Jen Shane. Metzger previously worked in marketing at L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble and Coty, while Shane worked as a product developer for Tarte, Bare Minerals and Tatcha.

Origin Story: Beauty industry veterans Metzger and Shane first met at Tula and noticed a white space in the market for affordable and effective skin care. The duo then quit their jobs to build a skin-care brand centered around efficacious ingredients and accessibility. Innbeauty Project launched in 2019.
