Here's Everything We Know Gwyneth Paltrow Has Worn to Her Ski Accident Trial

The Goop CEO’s courtroom outfits have been very on-brand.

Some of pop culture’s most instantly iconic celebrity fashion moments took place in court: Winona Ryder wearing Marc Jacobs while on her trial for shoplifting Marc Jacobs, Naomi Campbell wearing an Azzedine Alaïa dress and matching cardigan while on trial for allegedly receiving blood diamonds, Alexis Neiers’ hotly debated Louboutins or “little brown Bebe shoes.”

Fast forward to today, and stars are still garnering fascination around what they wear in the courtroom, where they know they’re going to be photographed. The latest example of this is Gwyneth Paltrow, currently on trial in Utah for a 2016 ski collision. Though the years-long proceedings have surely been tiresome for those involved, the actor and Goop CEO’s outfits so far have been anything but. (Twitter’s certainly had a field day with them.)

Here’s what she’s worn.

On Tuesday, March 21 — her first day of court — the bone broth enthusiast wore a cream-colored knit turtleneck and olive-toned wool coat, which some believe to be The Row.

Paired with $1,200 Celine lace-up boots and aviator Ray Bans (around $170, depending on customizations), the actor nailed a chic-yet-practical aesthetic.

On day two, Paltrow wore a G. Label by Goop belted cardigan, which is sold out on the brand’s site but retailed for $595. She layered plenty of chunky gold jewelry on her wrists and neck, while also carrying what appears to be a brown leather Celine Big Bag (no longer made by the brand, but currently available on resale sites for just over $1,600).

Day 3

The defendant wore what looks like a wool-mix grey double-breasted blazer with matching trousers on the third day in court. She accessorized with more gold jewelry, including a custom Foundrae necklace. (Goop sells a similar one for a casual $25,115, or you can customize your own here.)

Paltrow didn’t skimp when it came to her notebook and water choices either, opting for a blue Smythson journal and large Mountain Valley glass bottle.

The star’s Friday look — which she ended up testifying in — was an unassuming and almost somber dark navy sweater and midi skirt, paired with tights and chunky lug-sole boots.
