GRAYSCALE, launched in 2015, is a boutique agency representing a range of international clients in the fields of travel, design, fashion and lifestyle. We work closely with our clients to understand their businesses holistically and drive awareness through focused communications and storytelling, strategic partnerships, client development, and community building.
ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the founder and director and manager in managing the agency’s design and travel clients, which includes media outreach, supporting on events and activations and maintaining relationships with the media and Grayscale’s community.
Responsibilities:
● Manage daily clippings, call and event recaps, and general support to the team
● Proactively pitch media, focusing on product placement, ideating creative pitch angles
● Maintaining calendars, and event support
● Manage the agency’s social media account
● Managing client reports
Desired Skills:
● 1-2 years experience working at a PR agency in the lifestyle/fashion/design brand space
● A comprehensive understanding of the media landscape
● Relationships with media
● High level of organization and multitasking
● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Bachelors Degree
