Role
This role shares the overall responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized and manageable stockroom and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the office.

Key Responsibilities
– Office
   ● Conduct start of day and end of day tasks.
   ● Maintain the office clean throughout the day and ensure everything is where its meant to be.
   ● Take inventory of what needs to be ordered – cleaning supplies, stationery, stockroom supplies.
– Stockroom
   ● Responsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process.
   ● Receive / Ship / Process merchandise
   ● Maintain an organized stockroom
         * Keep track of goods, count number of products.
   ● Maintain and update our growing archive.
   ● Monitor inaccuracies on product deliveries and communicate to management.
– Gifting / Seeding
   ● Ship out gifts
   ● Create excel sheets to track shipments
– Manage time and prioritize tasks

Experience/Qualifications
● 1+ year experience in retail
● 1+ year of experience in inventory organization
● Gifting/Seeding
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Requirements
● Strong written and verbal skills.
● Proficient in Google Suite – Docs, Sheets, Slides.
● Shipping Logistics (domestic and international)
● Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
● Must have a valid driver’s license and car.
● Can pick up boxes up to atleast 50lbs
