SEEKING Factory PR seeks a VIP Coordinator with experience in fashion and celebrity. The candidate should be culturally connected and have a genuine passion for the Public Relations and Fashion fields. This position reports to VIP Director. This candidate must be incredibly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and a creative thinker.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage sample trafficking and inventory
● Maintain showroom and merchandising
● Oversee and manage seasonal intern program
● Handle shipment logistics, both international and domestic
● Create reporting for all divisional clients
● Manage and maintain lists and contact databases (stylists, press/servicing/LA influencer/VIP)
● Monitor for and clip all VIP and press placements
● Research upcoming talent and influencers across all social platforms
● Follow VIP industry news to keep wider agency informed
● Attend key industry events acting as Factory liaison
● Liaise with HQ office in New York
REQUIREMENTS
● Genuine interest in fashion, pop culture, influencers and communications
● Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
● Ability to multitask and not let things fall through cracks
● Exemplary organization skills
● Excellent written and verbal communications skills
● Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Photoshop
● Have positive can-do attitude
● Have solid understanding of the fashion media landscape, print and digital
● Be an avid observer of fashion and media trends
