We are looking for a motivated intern or part-time assistant to join our small, but mighty team. The ideal candidate will fit the qualifications listed below and have some experience in the worlds of clean beauty/marketing/social media/influencers. There is potential to expand into a full-time position for the right person!
- Qualifications:
- Available for up to 2 days per week (with potential to grow into a full-time role)
- Attention to detail
- Interest in social media and influencer marketing
- Strong passion for and grasp of the blogging/social media world
- Team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing start up environment that is developing quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, CRM, Dropbox
Responsibilities:
- Help with influencer outreach and relations
- Assist with kitting and mailing influencer packages
- Assist with monitoring and tracking influencer campaigns
- Assist with general office activities including shipping retail orders
- Assist executive team with day to day operations and calendar
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and programs
